How long does it take to get custom shirts? Our normal turnaround is 7-10 working days. However, we offer a 48 Hour service.
Is there any additional charge for 48 Hour Service? We offer two ways to receive 48 Hour Service. One is to simply spring it on us and we'll get it done; we charge an additional 30% for this service. The other way would be to "Pre-Schedule" an order. This is how that works; if you know you have an order coming up for a certain date, but you do not know all the details yet (i.e. sizes, quantities, etc.) we will put your job in to our production schedule. As long as we have the artwork ready and the order is finalized 48 Hours before production we can get the order done at no additonal cost. This program works great for camps and other events.
Do you have a minimum order? Yes, all orders have a 6 item minimum. The price goes down with an increase in quantity ordered.
I've seen your logo on the back of several shirts, why is that? For schools, select events, and groups we offer a discounted back print when we include our small logo with the order.
Do you provide sizing samples? Yes. Once you have made a commitment to the order we will provide you with the sizing samples needed. We request that all sizing samples be used with the order. We have several samples in our showroom also.
What are your showroom hours? Monday thru Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm. You can reach us anytime on the web, and almost anytime by phone.
Can you make an order form for our group? Yes
Some of the links on your site seem to be broken? We have a very close partnership with our suppliers and we link to their sites frequently, this allows us to provide you with much better service. As such, you may need to turn off your pop-up blocker to view certain links.
